Seminar on “Digital transformation and Emerging Technologies for Public Services” was held in Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hall on its second day within the scope of capacity building activities of the Smart Government Project.  Four guest speakers shared their experience and knowledge with public servants of Mongolia.

Mr G.Zandanshatar, Minister of Mongolia, the chief of Cabinet Secretariat of the GOM opened the second day discussion.

Topics of the second day discussion were “Blockchain for Public Service and Social Good” by Dr. Mariana Dahan, CEO and Co-Founder of World Identity Network, “Digital Currency” by Mr. Mark Ginzburg, Founder of Ukrainian Investment Holding.
